Mealea Watbo - Siem Reap

It's a nice decorated restaurant. Good stop for lunch. Abel to accommodate either big group or small group. The test is so very good and also the services. It is recommended for lunch, not sure for dinner.

I highly recommend Mealea Watbo to anyone coming to visit Siem Reap. The beauty of Khmer Cuisine is something I cannot describe enough in words. If you visit Siem Reap, this is a Must Try restaurant ! To immerse yourself in Khmer culture and get the real cultural experience of Cambodia. So calming so fresh and so beautiful and soothing! They serve not only delicious Khmer local food but also other cuisine that is suitable for foreigners. The staff and service is super great too. Relax and enjoy your time here !

During my stand Cambodia, I decided to check this place out based on it having good Google reviews, and it being in close proximity to my hotel , overall the food is excellent, I like how they give you an interactive tablet that allows you to quickly look through stuff and the interface is pretty nice and very visual. It’s priced quite reasonably for what you get, I’m coming from the USA and the meal I paid $40 for here would have been $250+ in Seattle. We sat outside and we found the atmosphere to be really pleasant, the place is very clean and overall some of the best food we’ve had in Cambodia

A diamond of Siem Reap. Amazing traditional Khmer food (also western options available) and great cocktails. Service is impeccable. You feel welcome right from the beginning. Any questions about the menu are answered with great enthusiasm. We recommend the frog and the fish on the menu. Everything was absolutely delicious. 10/10 would recommend to anybody coming to Siem Reap. 2 Mains, 2 Starters and a lot of Cocktails under 80$, thats great value.

The chicken was dry as :( but the fish amok was damn good! We went for dinner and the vibe was really nice, windy, the lights were dimmed. The service was very fast!! Changed my plate and everything

This is another epic creation from the Temple Group. Major kudos to the management’s vision and enhancing the food industry in Siem Reap. The restaurant superbly showcasing the Khmer culture and food. Upscale Khmer food with large portions to be shared. Every dish is expertly crafted and aromatic. Highly recommend the restaurant for a night out!

Pleasant service, great food, and a refreshing atmosphere. Mealea is such a hidden gem! My family truly enjoyed our experience there. The service is outstanding - staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The food is flavorful, though a bit strong for my taste. We also loved the complimentary treats, including snacks, welcome drinks (peach juice), and desserts after our meals. That said, we visited on a Saturday, and the restaurant filled up quickly. I’d recommend making a reservation and ordering in advance. The food and bill took quite a while, but given how busy they were, it was understandable.
